Short project description:

Title: Implementation of the technology for the production of qualified feed material referred to as metallurgical coolant, obtained from non-ingot metal-bearing waste.

Description: The subject of the project is the implementation of the technology developed by the Faculty of Production Engineering and Materials Technology (Department of Metallurgy and Metal Technology) of the Częstochowa University of Technology. The new technology developed includes a set of technological solutions enabling the implementation of an automated process for the production of a new product, i.e. qualified feed material referred to as metallurgical coolant. The technology characterized by process innovation will ensure efficient economic and environmental recovery of non-ingot metal-bearing waste. On the other hand, the result of the implementation of the new technology will be a new product characterized by product innovation. The obtained product/product, its shape (features/qualification) will meet the expectations of end users, i.e. metallurgical plants. This product will be used in a so-called metallurgical bath. As part of the project, a technological system consisting of three basic elements will be purchased, namely the feeding system, the vertical mill, also known as the vertical mill, and the receiving system with a drum electromagnetic separator. The implementation of the project will be of the initial investment nature, in the form of increasing the production capacity of the existing plant. The project will be implemented at the premises of the existing Center company plant and will constitute the development of the existing activities in the field of waste recovery and the production of new products.

Title: Development of a technology for the production of qualified input material referred to as metallurgical coolant, obtained from non-input metal-bearing waste

Description:

The subject of the project is the purchase of a service consisting in the development of a new technology. The new technology will concern the production of a new product that is an input material referred to as a so-called coolant for the metallurgical process. The new product will be manufactured from metal-bearing waste, based on low-alloy steel scrap, in non-input form.

The result of the implementation of the new technology will be: a new product/workpiece referred to as a coolant for the metallurgical process, used in the so-called metallurgical bath, and a new service for the primary recycling of metal-bearing waste, difficult to process, containing metals and their compounds. The technology is to lead to the maximization of the recovery rate, in particular recycling, through the implementation of waste-free processes. The products obtained as a result of recovery, their shape, technological functionality and the composition of the chemical composition must meet the expectations of the final recipients of the products, i.e. metallurgical plants. The research and development work carried out will also focus on developing production methods leading to the automation of technological processes.

As part of the work on the technology, a pilot series of products/products will be produced in order to carry out tests to check compliance with the set parameters resulting from the standards used by the final recipients and their expectations of process functionality. The development will also include guidelines for the design and construction of the technological installation and infrastructure necessary for the implementation of the technology. This technology will be implemented on the premises of the plant and at the same time the headquarters of the company. The development will also include a technology implementation plan. The implementation of this project will allow for the development of the existing activity that is consistent with the industry with the subject of the project, as well as the development of the company's activity, in relation to the provision of recovery/recycling services that meet the identified market challenges.

Edyta Sołtys Production and Trade Company "CENTER" under an agreement with the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development is implementing a project under the name: "Development of a new production technology enabling the recovery of tin and its compounds and tin-containing dusts from packaging waste, and the development of assumptions for the implementation of this technology" The project is being implemented within the framework of the "Support within the Large Bonus" program. The project is co-financed by the Ministry of Economy from the state budget.

Title: Implementation of its own technology for the effective recovery of difficult-to-recycle waste with a large-scale structure containing metals.

Description:

The subject project involves the implementation of a technological investment that includes the implementation of an innovative own technology called "Waste-free technology for the effective recovery of difficult-to-recycle waste with a large-scale and multi-material structure containing metals, enabling the production of commercial utility products" which is the result of many years of experience and research and development work carried out independently and in cooperation with scientific units.

The result of the subject project will be a new processing process enabling the implementation of the recovery service, as a result of which we obtain (contained in the waste) utility products.
